    Excellent customer service. They worked with me regarding delivery times and were very responsive to my questions/inputs. Great job folks. Do not know for sure what the Flowers looked like, but am sure they were good as well.

    your managers are pathetic and to be made to wait for customer service for over on hour only to be blamed by your useless manager the mistake was my fault is deplorable, your worthless manager needs to look at who did the COMPLETE ORDER through the web site for me. The management skills were nob-existent, the answer for everything was" I will disconnect you .... PATHETIC !
