It may happen that after registration of the order you decide to cancel it due to the circumstances. Please, inform us about it as soon as possible. Our manager will promptly cancel the order or make changes in it.
You can cancel the order:
- if it has not already been transferred to the florist and the bouquet was not made;
- we did not buy any special flowers or gifts for you, you may cancel your order without costs.
In other cases, a full refund is impossible.
You can leave the payment of the order on your balance and use it in the future. Or we will refund your payment.
If the delivery is not possible due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address and it is impossible to find the recipient, we will contact you immediately. In some cases you will have an opportunity to re-direct your order to another recipient in this city.
If you select in the menu of the site a certain city of delivery, but specify another city in the order, such orders are treated as orders with the wrong address. The cost of delivery varies in different regions and this may affect the cost of your order.
If the cost of delivery in the actual city of delivery is more than specified in the order, you will receive a link for additional payment. If it is less, we will refund you the difference.
